I'm Aleia Tierney, licensed mental health therapist.  I'm also a millennial mother who fully understands the mental load of everything.

Here's the truth: Therapy doesn’t have to feel like a chore. My work focuses on helping clients rewire their stress response, break free from emotional burnout, and build a sense of control over their thoughts, emotions, and daily life.
 
I blend neuroscience with real-world humor (because sometimes you have to laugh to keep from crying), practical tools, and a deep understanding of how stress and anxiety show up not just in your mind but in your body.
