Blank Space Wellness is seeking clients who are open to a solution-focused approach, eager to engage in a collaborative effort to alleviate distress, and actively participate in the therapeutic process. My aim is to foster a partnership with clients to explore strategies and interventions tailored to their unique challenges. This collaboration allows for a more effective and personalized therapeutic journey, ultimately aiming for positive outcomes in managing and reducing the impact of their mental health concerns related to symptoms of depression, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD.
